Fixes for win vista and win 7, as posted in this thread.
Rev 5.4 should load smoothly now. Perhaps add some new bugs, always open for report. Hunt them!

Added, BB5 'Restore SIMLOCK' from '*SIMLOCK.back' or '*.PM' or '*.RPL'

Fixed, DCT4 unknown flash bug(BUS check)
Fixed, DCT4 CS repair when phone could not go into LOCAL MODE
Refixed, DCT4 bootstrap for UFS interface
Fake Progressbar for BB5 flash erase reenabled.
