Samsung Tool 2.11 released.

Agere section change:

- Added support flashing files *.cts
- Added Format FFS for repair blink phones on logo and for unlock phones (no recalc MSL)
- Added Format FFS for phone without content
- Added Repair old phones type (U600 E840 ) generation e2p via Flash mode or generation e2p to file for future flashing
- Added repair phones without OTP present, but with imei 000000.. which can’t be repaired with standart method and which can’t be flashing via standart method (D830 D840 E900 )
- Added Format FFS for phone without content (B100 B200 B300 C140 C170 etc)
- Added New unlock method for new agere (J600 J610 E210 L320 etc)
- Some bug fixed in agere flasher
